Your achievement grades for listening, speaking, reading and writing will appear under the Units heading.
If your enrolment is for longer than one session, you will have a number of sessions listed.
Each session's overall grade will be listed under the Academic Periods heading.
Events / Attendance view
This view will show all of your classes and whether you have been marked present or absent in the class.
- A tick indicates you have been recorded as present.
- A cross indicates you have been recorded as absent.
- A full stop indicates attendance for the class has not yet been recorded.
At the top of the page, some overall attendance calculations are displayed. Please see the following for further information on how these are calculated.
- Actual Attendance: This will show your attendance up until today’s date. If a teacher has not yet recorded attendance for some of your classes, these classes will not be included in the Actual calculation. If you have a student visa, you should aim to keep this attendance reading over 80%.
- Actual (Total Enrolment): This is the number of classes you have attended divided by the number of classes scheduled until the end of the current session. The classes scheduled includes classes which may have not yet been held. This means your Actual (Total Enrolment) attendance will appear very low if you have just started a new session at UQ College but will improve as you progress through the session and attend classes.
- Projected (At best rate): The projected attendance is the number of classes you have attended plus the number of classes yet to be held until the end of the current session, divided by the total classes scheduled until the end of the session. It is important to note, this will project your attendance until the end of the current session only and will not include future sessions included in your enrolment.
Finance view
This view will show any payments you have made, if they were made through the UQ College portal payment system.
If you have paid fees to UQ for a package course, fees will continue to show as outstanding in the UQ College portal for a month or more. Do not be concerned.
Timetable
The Timetable button allows you to see your timetabled classes, including the class times, room (if applicable) and teacher in a convenient calendar.
You can use the blue Next button if you need to move into a future month to see your classes. Alternatively, you may wish to change the month view to a Week view.
Hold your mouse over a class to see further information. A pop up menu will show your class name, time, room and teacher. Note: times are shown in Brisbane, Australia time.
If you click on the class with a room assigned, you can also see a map link to help you find the building and room location.
